November 2026 is a busy month for HR Tech events. After the big October conferences, the calendar moves to regional events, analyst conferences and vendor user events across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

One topic connects them all: AI in HR. This month, the focus is on using it in practice, in recruitment, learning, people analytics and everyday HR work. Many events also look at how to use AI responsibly, in line with local rules such as the EU AI Act, pay transparency and employment rights reforms.

The formats are very different. You can choose between a large tech show in Madrid expecting close to 30,000 visitors, a vendor conference like Workday Rising, analyst-led sessions for CHROs in Sydney and an executive conference in Berlin.

Here are 9 HrTech events in November 2026 that are worth your attention:

1. CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition 2026

The CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition (CIPD ACE) is the UK's flagship gathering for the people profession, bringing HR, L&D and business leaders to Manchester for two days of conference sessions and a large supplier exhibition.

The 2026 program is built around four areas where HR is expected to lead: skills and capability, AI and digital change, employment rights and leading change. The AI track looks at how to turn technology investment into better decisions and performance without losing human judgment, a timely question as UK employers also absorb employment law reforms. A free exhibition pass gives access to suppliers across HR, technology, L&D, and reward and benefits, plus sessions on the Insight stages and Evidence Lab Live. New this year, Member Central offers dedicated networking and learning sessions for CIPD members.

HR & Learning Technologies returns for its second edition as one of seven shows running side by side at Tech Show Madrid, Spain's largest technology event, which expects close to 30,000 visitors, 500+ exhibitors and 450+ speakers across 18 auditoriums.

The organizers frame this year's debate around using data and AI to make better people decisions without losing the human side. AI runs across the whole program, from recruitment to training and employee support, with a focus on moving from pilots to everyday use and on the EU AI Act, which classifies hiring and people management systems as high-risk. Expect integrated HR platforms (payroll, time tracking, performance), AI-assisted hiring, learning, benefits and wellbeing, plus two new spaces: an Influencer Zone and a Wellness Zone. On November 5, the DCH, an international network of human capital executives, also hosts its Human Capital Tech 2026 forum within the program.
