1. Profile Parsing API: New AI model Hawk
We are thrilled to introduce our latest breakthrough in HR document parsing: Hawk!
😍 Why it’s a big deal for HrFlow.ai users?
The Hawk AI model is our latest Profile Parsing model, combining the speed of QuickSilver with the precision of Mozart. It processes HR documents in about 1.5 seconds, efficiently handling CVs, cover letters, and more across 43 languages, making it versatile for both real-time and complex HR document parsing.
2. Text Tagging API: Zeroshot Jobs & Profiles classification
We are excited to announce our most powerful Tagging Algorithm: tagger-hrflow-labels

😍 Why it’s a big deal for HrFlow.ai users?
This new Tagging Algorithm allows you to efficiently classify your Talent & Workforce data based on your own custom labels without prior training.
Some practical applications of the new tagger-hrflow-labels
:
- Job Classification: You can categorize your job listings according to contract types like permanent (CDI) or temporary (CDD), etc. (cf. example below)
- Profiles Categorization: You can also categorize your profiles based on their Seniority level (entry level, mid level, senior level, etc.),
- Experience & Education classification: custom to your own categories. Example: Experience (job title category), Education (high school, bachelor, master’s, PhD, etc.)
3. Profile Parsing API: Faster and more Robust Mozart Model
We are happy to announce a new version of our Profile Parsing Model Mozart with enhanced speed and higher rate-limit.
😍 Why it’s a big deal for HrFlow.ai users?
The latest upgrades in this release include:
Speed Improvements:
- +14.3% faster for short resumes (⩽2 pages).
- +60% faster for long resumes (>2 pages).
Accuracy Improvements:
- +2.12% increase in parsing accuracy for personal information.
- +6.15% increase in parsing accuracy for work experience fields.
- +2.43% increase in parsing accuracy for education fields.
Reasoning capabilities:
- Improved parsing of addresses and locations for experiences and education.
- Improved date range parsing for work experiences and education, with the ability to deduce end dates, such as accurately determining the end of June 2023 for a "6-month internship starting in January 2023."
