1. Text Imaging API: Generating Job Background
We are excited to introduce the version 2 of our Text Imaging API focusing on HD Image Background Generation based on Job description.
😍 Why it’s a big deal for HrFlow.ai users?
With this update, we have stopped generating images containing personas or portraits based on job descriptions to avoid systematic biases. Instead, we're focusing on creating HD scenes that accurately represent the tools, skills, work environment, and tasks expected of future employees.
1. Portal: Introducing New AI Studio for Tailor-Made Scoring Algorithms
We're excited to announce our new AI Studio to allow our users to debias, train, A/B test, deploy, and monitor Scoring algorithms to supercharge Candidate, Recruiter and Employee Experience.
😍 Why it’s a big deal for HrFlow.ai users?
Every company is unique, and so should be its matching engine. Our new AI Studio enables users to fine-tune our latest Scoring Architecture, Cerebro, without needing technical expertise. This product makes Scoring customization accessible to a wider audience, including product managers, business analysts, project managers, and automation specialists.
