- How did your company get started, and what inspired its creation?
I have been running Atomkit for over a decade. Through this work, I met Moayed Yaghi, the Chief R&D Officer, with 18 years of experience in data science and analytics from the telecom and banking industries. Later, Samer Samara joined us, Operations & Growth Officer, bringing 25 years of recruitment and manpower planning expertise.
Munther Alshishani, a Data Scientist Team Leader specializing in NLP, big data analysis, and data engineering, also joined the team. Our collective experience and shared vision made the creation of Talentspace.ai a natural next step, aiming to revolutionize recruitment through AI-driven technology.

- Team as a Service: We assemble specialized teams for companies, using AI to match skills and experience with project needs.
- Job Market Intelligence: AI-driven data analysis provides real-time market insights, helping businesses optimize their hiring strategies.
- CVTAE.AI: This tool helps job seekers create optimized CVs and receive tailored job recommendations through AI-powered matching.

- 2022: Founded and developed the first version of the AI matching system.

- What is your strategic approach to AI technology: developing proprietary models in-house versus integrating external AI solutions?
Talentspace.ai focuses on developing proprietary AI models in-house. This approach allows for greater customization to meet specific client needs, control over data privacy and security, and differentiation from competitors.

This allows us to innovate in ways that aren’t constrained by external technologies and provide more precise, personalized matches between employers and candidates.

The AI had to process vast amounts of unstructured data from CVs and job descriptions, which required advanced NLP and machine learning.
Talentspace.ai adopted a "build" approach over "buy" to maintain full customization, allowing us to tailor the AI to our specific recruitment needs.
This strategy ensured a seamless integration with our platform, making it more adaptable to market shifts.
- How does your company ensure its AI systems are unbiased and ethical?
We prioritize ethical AI by embedding bias mitigation techniques within our training models to eliminate gender, racial, and other biases in candidate matching.
Continuous audits, human oversight, and transparency in AI decision-making processes further ensure fairness.
By explaining AI recommendations to both recruiters and candidates, we foster trust and allow for feedback that continually improves the system.
- What feedback have you received from clients about your solution(s), and how has it shaped your product going forward?
Clients have praised the accuracy of AI-powered candidate matching and the valuable insights from job market intelligence.
However, some faced challenges adjusting to the AI-driven process, especially with data integration.
Based on this feedback, we improved our platform by enhancing the user interface, adding customizable features, and streamlining API integration, making the system more intuitive and adaptable to diverse client needs.
